Strawberry Shortcake must be popular right now because I just did another SS cake. This one was for friends of my friend Madel. The two sister were sharing a Strawberry Shortcake party so this is what I came up with. It was a hybrid of a couple of cakes I saw on the internet. The top was yellow cake with whipped chocolate ganache and the bottom was pink and green tye dyed with buttercream.
